Park Rental

Thayer’s Corner Nature Area’s facilities are available for rental purposes for personal or group events. Those facilities include the historic barn and/or picnic shelter (alone or together). Also available for rent are community gardens and the park itself for outdoor activities. For rental information, please see the attached the rental contracts, or call 248-207-0765 for more information. Visitors and renters of the nature area should adhere to the park rules posted on this site.

Rental Fees:

Historic Barn: Northville Township/City residents; $125/hour for a minimum of two hours, $50/hour for each hour thereafter. Non-residents; $150/hour for a minimum of two hours, and $75/hour for each hour thereafter. A security deposit of $200 is required with return of that deposit with appropriate post-event clean-up and no damage to the park or facilities.

Picnic Shelter: Northville Township/City residents; $50/hour for a minimum of two hours, $20/hour for each hour thereafter. Non-residents; $75/hour for a minimum of two hours, $30/hour for each hour thereafter. A security deposit of $100 is required with return of that deposit with appropriate post-event clean-up and no damage to the park or facilities.
